Data and analysis found in the following report are based on a survey we conducted at the FL HR Conference 2021.
Key findings include:
- While most organizations express a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce, there are consistent shortcomings on how programs are working and reaching the entire workforce.
- More than half of all organizations responding to the survey are falling short on DEI programs overall.
- Most organizations responding to the survey are inadvertently ignoring the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in their extended workforce.
