Sameer Penakalapati | Executive Leadership
Sameer Penakalapati is a serial entrepreneur who is dedicated to advising and investing in technology startups, specifically in the HR & AI space. In the past 10 years, Sameer has founded and acquired over six companies, including a staffing firm, multiple SaaS platforms, and a digital marketing agency, serving thousands of customers around the world. Sameer’s key interests include talent acquisition, talent engagement, and total talent management. As a regular contributor of thought leadership pieces to HR publications, Sameer was recently inducted into the Forbes HR Council.
James Lucier | Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Jim is responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, building client-driven growth, and driving the success of Procurewise. He has co-founded two managed service providers and led a staffing firm to national and global prominence. Jim embraces the transparency needed to build trust and develop valued client relationships and business partnerships for long-term success. As a hands-on practitioner, Jim provides advisor-led total talent solutions embracing AI-driven technology platforms, management interventions, and operational analytics. He frequently presents on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and digital transformation in the future of work.
Katie Flynn | Director, Client Services
As Director, Client Services, Katie is responsible for helping acquire new clients and develop client success utilizing the Procurewise platform. Her background includes hands-on roles in strategic client acquisition and management, including managing global recruiting and service delivery teams. She has special expertise in contingent staffing, SOW, and direct sourcing, as well as leading a groundbreaking contingent workforce DEI project.
Srini Ramachandran | Director of Engineering
Srini has 20+ yrs experience in Product Development and Product Management and has implemented multiple out-of-the-box solutions for a wide range of corporate agencies and staffing companies. Serving as Director of Engineering for Procurewise, Srini fully leverages the knowledge and expertise gained in his long stint with the staffing industry back into Procurewise to come up with a 2020 VMS. He strongly believes that process-oriented, structured, and well-planned execution is the key to delivering a complete product. Most of all, Srini believes continuously listening to customers and making improvements towards meeting their needs will make the product successful in the market.
